Met a Guy at my Bar Restaurant who has had a Fantastic Electronic Device Implanted in his Epidural Canal!

Dear Reader,

Olivia is in the bar restaurant working and as it’s such a lovely sunny December day she’s expecting to have a lot of trade both in the restaurant and also at the bar. I on the other hand have been talking to a customer at the bar who has had a marvellous result from his third back operation, following two previous failed surgical procedures. His fist two ops just ended up leaving him in pain an unable to work (All three ops were conducted in Eng.).

His third operation was an experimental one. They implanted a machine about the size of a stopwatch and that sends signals straight to his epidural canal. He is able to turn the signal generator on and off via a remote control device and he says that when the machine is switched on the debilitating pain he suffered before turned into a very tolerable pins and needles effect. Five years ago he was able to work and in the evening go out to bars clubs and restaurants and since then he has had two operations and he has spent many years lying on his back in pain, but now after the implant, he can lead a nearly normal life; working visiting shows and going to bars and restaurants with his friends and family.

was really lucky to meet him in my bar today and after his inspirational chat, I went to see the wonderful Dr.Victorial who is also in the Diana Commercial Centre (She is very much loved and cherished by her patents and I cannot recommend her enough to you.) and she out of the goodness of her heart is going to contact the specialist that I saw six months ago in Malaga (Sr. Arrainz) and ask him to talk to another neurosurgeon (Sr.Aldalla) to ask him if he would consider doing this Electro Stimulus Surgery on me.

When you have a bar restaurant you meet just about all types of people and most of them are really nice and give something to you.

Bar Restaurant Take Away, Mar y Mar, San Pedro, Marbella.

Dear Reader

When you’ve been running a bar restaurant in Spain for a few years, you may feel as we do and prefer to spend some of your free time in totally Spanish bars and restaurants . There are good and bad Spanish bars, but if you find a good one; it’s a really nice place to chill out in and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and flavours of Andalucia.

We use several good Spanish bars and I’ll tell you about them as time goes on, but today I’d like to tell you about bar Mar y Mar, which is next to the service station in San Pedro, Marbella.

Bar Mar y Mar is a fantastic example of San Pedro culture preserved perfectly. The bar is run by an old man and 3 staff and they are a bar restaurant, which do a wide range of freshly made tapas. The décor is very rustic. There is fruit, garlic and hams hanging everywhere you look and in the centre of the bar is a long table covered in an extensive range of fresh “campo” vegetables. All the furniture is made of dark wood and the chairs have seats woven in raffia.

This bar restaurant is a fantastic place to eat a full meal or to have a drink accompanied with really tasteful tapas. There is also an outside terrace, which faces southeast, so is nice and sunny.

The staff are really friendly and I really recommend that you visit this bar restaurant, located in San Pedro, Marbella.

English Bar, Restaurant, Take-Away for Sale Fuengirola, Costa del Sol, Spain.

Dear Reader

Why did we sell everything over there and buy a bar restaurant take away in Estepona, Marbella?

Well basically I was single then and felt that at the end of each month, the tax man was taking such a large chunk of my money that it was hardly worth working. I used to go to my local bar and meet people who lived off the dole and they had more spending money than I did and I was working my B------- off.

Of course I disliked English weather and the thought of leaving a sinking ship in order to live on the Costa del Sol, where I would have 300 days of sunshine per year appealed greatly to me. I read various adverts for: English bar for sale in Marbella, Bar Restaurant take away lease for sale Estepona San Pedro and in the end I came here for a 6 week holiday having sold up every stick I owned in the UK and I eventually went to see a bar advertised as, English bar restaurant, take away for sale in Spain. The bar was located in La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola. I wanted it as soon as I saw it and bought it cash with two other partners. We never looked back and never missed England.

Bar Restaurant . Peter and Ann come to see their puppy Jago who is now 4 weeks old.

Dear Reader,

When you own a bar restaurant your private life becomes public to a certain degree. For example right now, everyone in our bar wants to know how Sami’s puppies are progressing and if any have been sold and if so, to whom? Well today they won’t be disappointed, as we had a visit last night from Peter and Ann, the charming retired couple who have bought Jago.

Peter and Ann, with Jago and his mum, Sami, who is 2years 6 months.

They came to see him (the first time) by referral from Lucia (Our local vet in the Diana Commercial Centre, Estepona.) when he was just one week and fell in love with him immediately. I ask them if they wished to give him a kennel name, for my records or if they wished me to name him. They had the name Jago already in mind, so at just one week old he had his name.

Jago! A real star.

Today I’ll be able to tell everybody in the bar restaurant that, Peter and Ann saw Jago for the second time last night and they were really happy to see how much he had grown and that he was running around and just starting on a little solid food, as a supplement to his mother’s milk. After they’d been to the apt to see Jago, they popped into the bar restaurant to have a pizza and a chat about Jago and all the wonderful progress he has made with Olivia.

What I always say to my bar customers is; I don’t care how much someone is prepared to pay for one of Sami’s puppies, as the money is not the first consideration. A lot of people who know me in the bar restaurant think that I’m crazy and should sell them to the highest bidder, but the most important thing to me and Olivia, is that the puppies are placed in loving homes. There’s absolutely no problem with Jago, as Peter and Ann are really lovely people who will look after his every need, so we are really happy about that.

We only have one other puppy to place; she’s a little girl, her kennel name is Heart “Corazon” and our vet Lucia, plus all the regulars in the bar restaurant, will be looking for the right sort of people to offer her a really good home somewhere on the Costa del Sol.
